| "Force Majeure" | Any event beyond Wira88's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, or systemic internet infrastructure failures. |
To register and maintain an Account on the Wira88 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
To register an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact telephone number. You are strictly prohibited from providing false, misleading, or incomplete information.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Wira88 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, identities, or device configurations — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Wira88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated funds and bonuses without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Wira88 shall not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You agree to notify Wira88 immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised use of your Account.
Wira88 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Prior to processing any withdrawal request exceeding MYR 1,000, or at any time as determined necessary by Wira88's compliance team, Members may be required to submit identity verification documents including a valid Malaysian identification card (MyKad), passport, or driver's licence, together with documentary proof of residential address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
Access to and use of the Wira88 Platform is granted exclusively for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating a betting syndicate, arbitrage service, or any form of professional wagering business that exploits the Platform's systems or offerings.
You agree to promptly update any personal information held on your Account to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times. In the event that Wira88 identifies discrepancies between Account information and KYC documentation, Wira88 reserves the right to suspend Account operations pending satisfactory resolution of such discrepancies.
You agree not to use or attempt to use any automated software, bots, scraping tools, artificial intelligence, or other mechanical or electronic means to access, interact with, or extract data from the Wira88 Platform. Any attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the Platform's integrity, security, or performance is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate Account termination and referral to the appropriate authorities.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Wira88 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. Wira88 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in all locations. By accessing the Platform, you confirm that doing so does not violate any law applicable to you.
Wira88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Malaysian payment channels, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and select cryptocurrency options (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.
All transactions on the Wira88 Platform are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation. Wira88 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of conversion.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, with the general minimum being MYR 30 for most e-wallet transactions and MYR 50 for FPX bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits are set at the platform level and may be adjusted by Wira88 at its discretion. Members may also set personal deposit limits through their account settings as part of our responsible gambling programme.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
An Account is classified as dormant if it has had no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Wira88 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of MYR 10 to dormant accounts after the applicable notice period has elapsed, which shall be deducted from the remaining account balance until the balance reaches zero or the Member reactivates the account.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by Wira88 are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms set out herein and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, while live table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified).
Wira88 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Acts constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: claiming the same promotion from multiple accounts; using low-risk or mathematically certain betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements; coordinating with other users to abuse referral or cashback systems; or providing false information to claim a promotion for which the Member is ineligible. Wira88 reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
Promotions may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, at Wira88's sole discretion. Where a promotion has already been claimed, any modification will not affect the terms under which it was validly claimed, unless the modification is required for legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention purposes.
All bets and wagers placed on the Wira88 Platform are subject to Wira88's prevailing betting rules as published on the Platform. Wira88 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where unusual betting patterns are detected, where market integrity may be at risk, or where Wira88 determines that a bet has been placed in breach of these Terms.
In the event that odds, paylines, jackpot values, or game outcomes are displayed as a result of a technical error, software malfunction, or human error, Wira88 reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds and refund the wager amount to the Member's Account. Wira88 shall not be obligated to honour wagers placed at manifestly erroneous odds or game settings.
Sports betting markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC, and all other available markets are governed by the specific sport-by-sport rules as published in the Wira88 Sports Betting Rules documentation. In the event of an abandoned fixture, postponed event, or result reversal by the relevant governing body, settlement procedures shall follow Wira88's stated rules for each scenario.
In-play (live) betting markets are offered subject to data feed availability. Wira88 will not be responsible for bets accepted based on data that may be delayed relative to the actual live event. Where bets are placed after the relevant in-play event has occurred due to data feed latency, Wira88 reserves the right to void such bets.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game, per bet type, and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering and are subject to change. VIP Members may be eligible for enhanced limits upon request and approval by Wira88's customer services team.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Wira88 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently terminated, associated balances forfeited, and the matter referred to the appropriate legal authorities:
All content, materials, software, databases, designs, trademarks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property available on or through the Wira88 Platform are the exclusive property of Wira88 or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Wira88 Platform or its content without the prior written consent of Wira88. Any unauthorised use of Wira88's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.
Wira88 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability with a target uptime of 99.7%. However, Wira88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency system updates, or circumstances beyond Wira88's control may result in temporary service interruptions. Wira88 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wira88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or Force Majeure events.
Where liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, Wira88's maximum aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Wira88 Platform integrates third-party services including payment processors, game content providers, and data feed suppliers. Wira88 accepts no liability for failures, errors, or delays attributable to such third-party services, though Wira88 will make reasonable commercial efforts to resolve issues affecting Members as promptly as possible.
Wira88 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices across its Platform. We recognise that whilst the vast majority of our Members enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, a small number of individuals may experience gambling-related harm. The following responsible gambling provisions form an integral part of these Terms.
Wira88 strictly prohibits access to its Platform by persons under the age of 21. Age verification measures are applied at registration and may be applied at any subsequent point. Any Account determined to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all deposited funds returned to the source payment method.
Members who feel they may be developing problematic gambling habits are encouraged to utilise Wira88's self-exclusion facility. Self-exclusion requests may be made for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's Account will be fully deactivated and all marketing communications will cease. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the minimum period has elapsed will be subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
Members may voluntarily set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and/or loss limits through the account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes effective.
Members may configure session time reminders and reality-check alerts to help maintain awareness of time spent on the Platform. Wira88 may also apply automated session limit notifications where a Member's usage patterns indicate potential problem gambling behaviour.

Wira88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; money laundering concerns; bonus abuse; provision of false information; or any other conduct that Wira88 determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be harmful to the Platform, other Members, or Wira88's business interests.
Members who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting Wira88's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be resolved and any outstanding withdrawal requests processed. Accounts under investigation at the time of a closure request will remain suspended until the investigation is concluded.
Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance attributable to bonus funds, promotional credits, or winnings derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited in full. Where termination results from Wira88's error or for reasons unrelated to Member misconduct, any genuine deposited balance will be returned to the Member via the original payment method after applicable due diligence.
Wira88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — that is, where they substantively alter Members' rights or obligations — Wira88 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the registered email address on the Member's Account and/or by posting a notice on the Platform's homepage.
Your continued use of the Wira88 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.
If you object to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment's effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date will be treated as acceptance of the amended Terms without reservation.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Wira88's operational jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall limit Wira88's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between a Member and Wira88 arising from the use of the Platform or these Terms, the Member is required to first submit a written complaint to Wira88's customer support team via email at [email protected]. Wira88 will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through Wira88's internal complaints process to the Member's reasonable satisfaction, the Member may seek independent dispute resolution through such alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services as may be applicable and available. Wira88 will not obstruct or discourage Members from pursuing legitimate complaints through appropriate channels.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
